After realizing that Rebug and anything equivalent is useless at the moment, I decided to go back to CEX. Well I was greeted with a HUGE mistake which I will explain how to fix if your case is similar to mine.
1) Start off with the CFW you want to install and put it on your FAT32 formatted USB.
2) Make sure you have your HDMI or component cables inserted to your setting before the incident.
3) Power on your PS3 and put it into Recovery Mode. To do this, make sure you have your system off as if you got home from work or school and wanted to play. Touch or push the power button and HOLD it. As you do this, you will hear a beep, continue to hold the button. 3-5 seconds after the first beep, another one will sound and the system will shut off. Touch or push the power button again and hold it as before. Again, you will hear a beep. Continue to hold the power button. A few more seconds will pass and the system will sound 2 quick beeps. LET GO OF POWER BUTTON NOW.
4) Obviously since you can't see anything and that is why you are reading this, you will now want to connect your controller with the USB charging cable to your PS3. After the lights on the controller blink slowly, hit the PS button on the controller. It should indicate that player 1 is connected.
5) Plug the USB with the CFW on it into the port closest to the disc drive.
6) Press down on your D-PAD 6 times (You could do 5 I spammed down just to be sure lol)
7) If you could see your screen, it should be highlighting "System Update"

Hit X on your controller. After waiting a few seconds, press the START and SELECT buttons at the same time.
9) After doing that, wait about a minute for your system to read the update (Typically doesn't take a minute, I would suggest timing it anyway just to be sure)
10) After waiting, your screen would appear showing your CFW acceptable use terms. Hit RIGHT on your D-PAD 1 TIME.
11) If you could see, It would say "Do Not Accept" As well as "Accept"
12) Hit DOWN on your D-PAD 1 TIME and press X
13) After I did that, my HDD indicator light started flashing and staying solid yellow for me. Which was a sign of relief. Wait a good 10-20 Mins for the update to install.
14) If this was your problem and you followed this tutorial correctly, this should've worked and you should be able to see your screen.
I hope some of you found this to be useful as I did not see any useful tutorials on how to fix this. Remember, if you cause any damage while following this tutorial, I am NOT responsible for it. But none should occur because these steps are EXACTLY what I did.
