did i fuck up? I don't know how I got on 4.25 either... I ran toggle QA with disc in and it took me to an update menu. I updated from my usb and then I was suddenly on 4.25. I had habib 4.66 on my usb. Did I lose my JB?

Yea lol, but they would update you all the way to 4.66 which is the latest. Not 4.25. And they would tell you that you are downloading an update instead of installing xD

You didn't have the wrong PUP, it's just that you had a disc in the drive. When downgrading/installing new firmwares with a disc in the drive, it'll just pull the update from the disc.
