What about the EBOOT.BIN? Sorry, it's difficult to understand what you're saying.

You can't transfer from a CFW to an OFW buddy.

im 90% sure you can but both systems have to be on the same firmware, not 100% on that though.

You can do a 'ata Transfer' as I used to do them. But it's 100% necessary to be on CEX and you have to change from Debug mode in rebug toolbox, then you need an Ethernet cable between both PS3s and you need to locate the data transfer option (System Settings -> Data Transfer Utility) and then read the number 1 and 2.
