There has always been account bans. This is nothing new.

I was on 4.46 DEX and updated to 4.66 habib and I only use 2 accounts and none are banned after 3 days. SO maybe it's bad luck for some. You can't really get banned from switching to another CFW. Either was it is still a rick because its a CFW. No CFW is non-bannable

however these few days where most people converted back to cex, many are getting banned

You just need to play it safe by disabling syscalls, clearing history, etc. even though I doubt Sony cares about CFW. They only changed the servers which resulted in anything below 4.66 not being able to connect. Once 4.66 DEX and Rebug come out, everything will be back to normal.
