To see your IP Address on the Bottom on your Screen is only for PS3ITA CFW but if you wanna see your ip address go to Setting>System Settings>System information it will always tell you your ip address.

thanks also I need help connecting my tools like it won connect am on 4.46.1 rebug dex and it says am connected on target manger but doesn't connect tools

Get ccapi 2.50 or 2.60 and connect ip to that

Yeah no problem i think you just need to reinstall Target Manger to let connect it to tools and if that doesnt work try to make connection with The PC and PS3 with a Internet cable for Example Connect both PC and PS3 with internet cable then on you PS3 got to Settings>Network Settings>Internet Connection Setting>Custom> Them Wired Connection and let connect but it wont really connect its gonna say failed and thats alright as longest you had your PS3 and PC Connected with THE Internet Cable, after that If you use wireless connection use it then connect(To the internet) after that try to connect to PS3 With Target manger.
