Lol no, If im right in thinking you want to rtm you have connect your ps3 with ccapi, first of all make sure its installed onto your ps3 then download it on to your pc too and run and add new ps3 and type in your ip address, then get the tool you want for what game youre on and connect and attach via ccapi

Ik this stuff bro, but I read that I have to connect them together or it wont work and it actually says impossible to attach

I mean it connects between my pc and ps3 but I use GSC to inject mods into Bo2 but its not attaching :/

You need Internet access on both devices I believe. No need to wire connect to each other, you can do it through Wifi.
