The fix you mentioned here is the semi-fix I posted in this forum.
It's proven that you get connected to another environment (another PSN) in nav-only mode, so you can't communicate with other players over PSN. The friends feature won't work and most newer games like BO2 won't work Online as well. That's known already and there's no workaround yet. If you want to fully enjoy your CFW experience, please switch to Habib/Darknet/Ferrox, or wait for a new Spoofer or a new CFW. The semi-fix I posted never was meant to be a full fix.
