I downloaded the editor , but when attempting to bring in the ps3 (BLUS.....PSNMODS ) file
I receive the error message " READING: An error Has Occured. Please report This to Red-EyeX32
with the following Data...
Error: The system cannot find the file specified

What am I doing wrong ?
