Could someone please help me, when I go on my FTP and find the game folder, and then go on data to find the "FALLOUT.INI". I don't see it at all. Not even on the viewer on the PS3. Please help me because I really want to mod this game.

I can see it for Fallout 3 but not for Fallout New Vegas
