Your CID is banned, buy one (not here, console ID are not allowed) or you could use a free one... I'll send some links with a private message
To change CID you need sen enabler, Psn patch or control console

listen to what you just said, 'account' not 'system' now if it is system banned then yes your cid is banned and will need to get another.

Sounds like cid.

make a new account to see if its the account ie. [if it says the same it the cid] and then try another cid thats working
