What i did to try to fix this issue is allowing permissions , turning bd-rom off the on .

try to use PS ITA Manager to load AW, idk why but multiman sometimes doesn't load advanced warfare, also did you update the game before using multiman?

yea i did update the game . and il give it a try

Advice for you. use Webman it mounts games better than any manager
also the latest mM works fine cod aw

i forgot to metion im on habib 4.66 and also it seems its only me having this problem

Try another manager ... if you downloaded the than re download the game works fine
before doing anything go rebuild data base, after done delete mM, and install it again, you only need bd mirror checked, ext or inter

DONT BUY THE GAME THIS HAPPENED TO ME use IRISMAN And when it loads up pess start and either in tools or in the main section there should be a option saying bd mirror change that to something with cobra in it then go back go to your game and press triangle
Turn off EVERYTHING But bd Mirror and start and reeber to put a fix

do you have other games? do they work? bd [board] may be broke if they don't work.
