Multiple things. You can find dynamic offsets on DEX, not CEX. In order to run sprx menus you'll need a debug eboot which CEX can not run. DEX can get online even if your not spoofed to the mandatory 4.70 update as long as you got the latest 4.66 spoofer, where as CEX always requires you to be on the latest mandatory update fw. alot more just can't really think of them at the moment
