You cannot jailbreak a PS3 that is on any firmware 3.56+ Look into buying an E3 flasher but that won't work with 3k or 4k models

I was just on ofw 4.66 and just completed a downgrade and cfw install. However, I accidentally updated to 4.70 which really sucks. I will receive another flasher cable tomorrow and looking to reflash my 4.70 ofw hoping to get it back to jailbreak mode. I may have messed up my flasher cable which is why I had to purchase another one.
