I had that issue actually, what I did was going to rebug 4.65 (the one im using anyway) and enable it even it was enabled then disabled it to get it removed.

no, you can look on youtube on how to do it, you'll need qa-toggle.pkg or so

I've used QA on Rogero 3.55, now can I install anything over it?

How can I go on REBUG after downgrading and can you go online and play games?

also does PSNPatch and PSNinja work for REBUG and DEX?
