i tried to downgrade my slim (cech 2004b 9d) with the e3 flasher. i succesfully backed up a bkpps3.bin and verified it via NORinspector and everything was alright. I patched it with "PS3 NOR or NAND Auto patcher v4.65" and put it on the sd card. i switsched the flasher to flash fun mode up and the rest down. after a few minutes it was done (i removed the harddrive before flashing) and i turned the console off via powerbutton and put all options on the flasher down (by the way sry for bad english) and booted it again and there was a blackscreen. i thought it was normal and removed the flasher and inserted the harddrive and tried to boot but... nothing
i even cant get into recovery mode. after "booting" if i press the power button nothing happens

i also have an e3 dongle (just in case i need it to fix the issue)

it would be very nice if anybody could tell me what happened to my ps3

I had this problem as well... All you need to do is make sure that you're e3 clip is on securely (I used some gorilla tape then put a couple coins on top and then some more gorrila tape. And then I REFLASHED the PATCHED BIOS back on and... BOOM!! It worked! If you have any problems then search up on YouTube NSC brick and unbrick ps3 I followed from that and it worked after I reflashed the patched BIOS
