Sounds like a good ol brick which is bad.. but if you can get it into recovery mode you might be able to save it but sounds likes she's dead Rip

See if this works, Put a disc in the tray a tiny bit until it the PS3 turns on but don't put the disc all the way in and then take it out when you hear it turn on... That's what I have to do anyway

pull hard drive format it and put back in and install fw from usb stick...what the heck its worth a try huh?

rebuild database?<or re-install firmware or try installing 3.55 downgrader to go to 3.55 then install firmware?<< worth a try bruh!
