It says. You have been banned or temperolily suspended

Maybe its just like it tells your? your account has been banned? :S whats so hard to understand? you can sign in another account but not yours, meaning your account is banned from psn?

that's y there is new CFW out for 4.70 so people don't get banned

Its your account that has been banned not the cid

your account is banned or suspended

How long do they last?

CID's vary.
Private ones can last forever, (If you use them right) ie: PSNinja, etc.

Public ones last for 30 mins - 1 day.

Most likely was the last account you were on when your other cid got banned...jut dont use main accounts on cfw and you will be fine
