The CFW I was on was PS3ita 4.50.

But I was experiencing a lot of problems. Such as XMB Menu would freeze and games would freeze every time I would go on it. So I pulled the plug a lot and the system got corrupted.

Now when I turn it on it brings up a black screen and says..
"The system software cannot be run correctly. Press the PS button to try and restart the system. Connect storage media that contains update data of version 2.70 or later, then press the START and SELECT buttons at the same time."

So I have tried putting 3.55 Dex and other DEX CFW's on my USB. But every time I try to update it will say its preparing it and get stuck at 99%. :cry:

I have made sure my USB is formatted correctly and that the update is in the right folders.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks you.
