I JUST DID THIS TO DOWLOAD THE NEW HABIB 4.70
CEX ONLY
You have to change to a regero ps3 ofw so go google for a regero v3 3.55
Make sure you put it in like this on your USB: PS3;;UPDATE;;PS3UPDAT.PUP
Then go download toggle qa
Start up the toggle
Then go to settings then network settings (don't go in it)
Then press:L1,L2,L3,R1,R2,and down on the d pad At the same time
Then go to the second last one then go to system (something) update put that on
Then go to system update do the update
THEN DELETE THE TOGGLE AND MAKE SURE YOU CANT OPEN THE SETINGS
Then go download whatever your cex CFW YOU WANT Don't go in safety mode when you download it
