You have to buy a CFW or see if your PS3 can be downgraded. Either way your going to have to spend money to get a CFW PS3.

You cannot mod stats any other way unless you have a friend who would do it for you.

If it is your main account don't bother as it is risky and you can get banned if your caught or reported which means losing any purchases you have bought.

Finally never give your details out to anyone unless they can be trusted so check there reputation, previous things, comments and things and ask about to verify if someone is legit or not NEVER give them out freely without first checking.

Meaning that they will give there ps3 account to a person and that person gives them like aim bot or god mod or etc,?

No that cannot be done on BO2 or AW these can only be done on CFW.

You cannot give people mod menus to use all the time unless they have CFW or you join a lobby with someone who will give you a menu.

The only games you can mod on your PS3 IS W@W and MW2 that is it.

Giving someone your account they can only give you stats and unlocks that's it for COD.
