so I was on Rebug 4.46 DEX and I bricked going to CEX.

I heard that I can't use an E3 reader so I need an E3 flasher with my bkpps3.bin.

Is the CEX and edited DEX dump that I made when converting the same thing?

I heard that doesn't work unless I'm on 3.55
