(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so I had broke the fan cable when downgrading my ps3 so I cut it loose and put an external fan on for the moment being , evrything worked out perfect got it downgraded to 3.55 updated to 4.66 habib had just installed gta 5 mod menus went to turn on my ps3 and when it was powering up there was two fan cables from the motherboard touching that i didnt notice when i powered up the ps3 went black then tried to turn it back on the red and green power lights were very dim I could barely see them , when I power it up it the light goes green for 30 seconds and then it just goes off by its self, anyone have any ideas what happened I am really confused here lol any tips at all would be greatly appreciated

Don't quote me on this but I think your fuqed. Also have you tried downgrading it again, but make sure the fans wires aren't touching anything or replace the fan or chords with another

I think so to haha I only just jailbroke it too , I was thinking about that too but how can I when the ps3 shuts off 30 seconds after I turn it on would that be possible ? Thanks for your reply too bro really appreciate it

it may not shut off when you have the E3/Progskeet, etc attached to the chip, i dont kno much of downgrading but I thought I remember seeing it somewhere where you can just downgrade it again to fix this issue.

Yeah I have an e3 flasher but I dont know if that will work with mine because the ps3 short circuited when the wires touched and the ps3 went off , the red standby light and thd green power light are very dim also you can barely even see the standby light when you plug it in

yea like i said, "you may be fuqed", trying to go back may be the only option to fix it without sending it in for repair

I Think i am "fuqed" lol , but the ps3 will not stay on long enough to do the downgrade so I think ill have to send it in for repair
