Try to reinstall 3.55 ofw from Recovery Menu then another cfw. Before check the md5 with the software of defaultnb on ps3hax (google it)

As the post above mine says boot into recovery mode and grab a usb and download this 3.55 kmeaw custom firmware You must login or register to view this content. and install it in folders like this PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

so do i install it and then what? because im trying to install 4.50 dex ita

first you need to install a 3.55 cfw (kmeaw , rogero) and after a 3.55 rebug , convert to dex , then install 4.50 dex ita .

After installing that you can go to rebug 4.65.2 rex and then you would be able to convert to dex and install 4.50ita

You could install the 3.55 from setting update via storage media make sure u take any disk out your drive before hand. Then after its done you will need to update to a rebug firmware (firmware used to convert to dex) such as rebug 4.65.2 rex found on this page > You must login or register to view this content.
make sure its the "rex"version not "drex or "d-rex", then install that through recovery mode then you will be ready to convert to dex with the tutorial i linked in previous post for that.

ok i installed 3.55 kmeaw so what do i do next? im sorry for so much questions im a noob on modding
