Be careful when trying to fix stuff like this, if you've no experience at handling this kind of stuff I would recommend getting someone that does.

The problem could be an easy fix, but if you don't know what to do you could fuck it up even more.

It's my old Jb ps3 so I don't really mind if I do damage haha

i repair game consoles for side job, have been doing so for many years, never put the board in the oven, if you dont have correct tools/machines to do the repair right, i suggest you go buy a $10 heatgun and and heat up the gpu just until the board starts to flex (you will see it start to flex, remove heat) let it cool, apply new paste and it should work, on rare occasion you might have to do it a second time,
before i got my reflow station and gear i used this method with 100% success rate on unopened consoles
