A spoof doesn't replace your cid it only replaces it in the tmp

There's a bunch of places your console stores the cid regardless of hiding you're stuff "correctly" it's never fully removed or hidden which is why everyone says there is always a chance of getting banned while modding online

Also consider that Sony has patched spoofers so being on an older fw can possibly increase your chances of being banned as well

Well the fact that you have said that you mod games would be more than enough reason to ban your CID.

To be honest there is no "safe" way to sign in on CFW because no matter what you do the chance of being banned is always going to be there.

You could try changing your CID in the flash itself I believe this can be done which should provide more life to it if there is a chance your original CID can still be seen.

Personally I have not had this issue I am still on 4.65.2 DEX using the VSH method to get back online and no ban YET.

However I have helped a friend get back online with the ARCH spoofer and they are not banned either as of yet and they have been modding GTA V so I can't say for certain if it's just random or if there catching up with people now or not.

Honestly nothing is going to hide or save you when modding online..its gunna happen one way or another..wither you got yourself caught modding/exploiting or someone stole your cid somehow and did it for you.
