He can use PSN patch and all these programs. At the end of the day his CID is being shared with multiple people, so regardless he is going to be banned no matter what. Don't buy anymore ID's and purchase yourself a E3 flasher and learn how to get real private ID's of broken consoles. You won't experience bans for a very long time if you take my advice.

It removes debug settings for me after I use PSNPatch but debug settings come back after I reboot the PS3, anything you use on CFW can be buggy at times tho.
