did you installed a mod maby? maby you should reset your whole game files, savegames, patch etc.

Well from personal experience, i would say you need to replace your thermal paste, when i had to replace mine, my ps3 (4.46 rebug) froze like every 5 minutes

i already deleted the whole game file and re installed it but it still keeps lagging

is that something i can do or do i need to get it done by someone else and will it affect the jailbreak?

It doesnt affect it if you do it right, its basicly the cpu and rsx, i think if you look up how to do it, i believe you are capable but if you dont feel safe doing it then get someone to do it, but again i could be wrong, im just saying from my experience it was my thermal paste that froze my console every 5 minutes

and dont forget to clean up your ps3, maby you have aloot of dust inside of the ps3
