Correct me if I'm wrong but 999 Rebug and Rogero downgrader are cex downgraders correct? And this tutorial suggests the op is using 4.50ita which is a dex fw. So you would need a dex 999 downgrader to go back to 3.55dex and then you can upgrade to a dex cfw after that and hopefully everything should be good to go!
