Post: revert 4.70 habib back to 4.66?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Probably the most retarded question here in the forum , But because I cant use multiman anymore on habib 4.70 , I wish I never changed it, and kept my old habib 4.66 which was spoofed to 4.70.

Is it possible to revert back to habib 4.66 like I had before?

I think I will revert back to Habib 4.66 + psnpatch 4.70 as I was originally setup.

Just a slight question for, earlier you said ""If you are QA Flagged just install 4.66 from 4.70 and you should be good"
do you mean basically use the normal USB method using folders [PS3]>[UPDATE]>PS3UPDAT.PUP method? regardless of changing down from habib4.70 > 4.66?

Yeah that is correct if you are QA Flagged then just place the 4.66 CFW on the USB and install it like you have mentioned here.

Hey, thats my question also, why doesn't it work? lol.

Whenever I open multiman , since updating Habib to 4.70 from 4.66, on opening,My Multiman brings up a notice reading "BD Rom error, Invalid firmware not supported" It wont mount any of my games in "app_home/ps3_GAME" like it did fine on habib 4.66

The reason it does not work is because DeanK has yet to update MultiMAN for 4.70 CFW's it usually takes him a little bit of time to add all the new changes into MultiMAN but he does get around to it.

This error is quite common with MultiMAN when people install the newest CFW's and as such it is just a waiting game.

Thanks man, I got there in the end,
Im gaming like I used to now,

Ended up re-insalling habib 4.66 through ps3 recovery mode, over the top of habib 4.70 then installing psnpatch 4.66 lol then I edited the psnpatch.cfg and default.cfg files to spoof it up to 4.70 ( did this because it hasn't led me to a ban for 3 months -continued fingers crossed Happy
