You must load up your game through irisman, multiman, or whichever one you use before yoou disable cfw and spoof psid and idps. That is why you are having issues

No, I load game in multiman and i've tried with bd enabled and without and then goto senenabler or psnpatcher and spoof psid and idps with senenabler and either disable cfw in senenabler or psnpatcher each way doesn't work. Still black screen

Nope it works perfectly without disabling cfw though I need it disabled to go online.

SO i've just tried psn patcher plugin which disables cfw when you do l2 + l3 + r3 and says psn locked then unlocked and all other gobledy goop and then when I try and press the sign up psn icon it says 80710007.

Try another rip of the game, might be the new cfw . See if anyone else on habib has same issue. Im on darknet cant help ya there. Did you google ghosts black screen mm ?
