Updated to 4.70 Cant downgrade back

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Today there was a psn update 4.70. Without thinking i just updated it anyway. When i use Multiman,PSN Patch,Toggle QU i get Error Code 80010017 on all of them. The install packages is also gone. I can still go online tho. My main concern is using Multiman to open my games and to use PSN Patch to hide my id. Can anyone please tell me if they have the same problem or if they know how to fix this.
