Step 1. Install Rebug 4.65.2 Rex from your usb to your ps3 by going to system updates via storage media

Step 2. Go into rebug toolbox

Step 3. Find Dump_eid_root_key and select it and click yes. screen will go blank and after 10 seconds you will hear 3 beeps and the system will re-boot

Step 4. back into rebug toolbox & go to the DEX&CEX column (Second from the right) and select Rewrite target ID in flash. Select yes. the screen will go blank but come back on

Step 5. go up one to Swap LV2 Kernel. It will say it requires a restart.

Step 6. after restart go into rebug toolbox again and go to information and you should see DEX

Answer: Downgrade with Rogero Downgrader CEX first

I have never ever removed my disk and I have downgraded so many times and installed different CFWs so many times

You can get stuck on OFW.

shit, so i suppose i've been lucky and I disable my internet connection too before I downgrade and things

Best way to do it is by:
Removing disc,
Disabling internet connection,
& downgrade with rogero downgrader first

Most disc have a OFW on them or something of the sort it will put you on 4.25 OFW trust me check twice for disc or it'll put you on official firmware trust me. You should never work with any firmware changes with a disc in the drive.
