SOLUTION:I downloaded the program virtual router manager and it is great! im not sure how strong its connection online is but basically it creates a router using your pc/laptop and then just connect to it n bam! ccapi connects! I just hope it works fine when we play online games.I just needed it to unban myself tho.and of course i want to rtm.hope I helped many!

I dont know the flaws of this yet but i will report them as soon as i found about them.

1: I think it may affect your ps3 ip addresses near your pc.do this at your own risk.is all i am going to say
2: ok im pretty sure it affects anything with an ip address that is nearby ur th pc that is not connected to the wifi that you just made basically connect to ur router aka pc and it will be fine
