If 969 Error try formating usb stick Make sure your firmware isnt dex if you are on cex and if on cex make sure its cex

Can you load other pkg's like multiman?

If you get blank screen whenever trying to use a homebrew check your bluray connection cable if you can load homebrew try this. Install qa toggle reinstall rogero downgrade then go to another firmware. If you have qa installed delete then install downgrade and qa again.

just install roger 3.55 and you should be good to go

does all your applications gives u a black screen? if yes then your blue ray drive is either not plugged in or u need to re marry it to the motherboard. first check if its plugged in correctly, if it then u gotta re marry it. *was your blue ray drive working before*
