I tried to downgrade (4.66 -> 3.55) my ps3 slim by following a Video from youtube...
I tell you what i did:
1. Backed up the ps3 nor
2. Checked it via nor inspector --> everything ok
3. Patched it with "ps3 nor and nand auto patcher v4.65"
4. Flashed the new bkpps3.bin to the ps3
5. Turned it off
6. Turned it on with all switches down on the flasher

And now when i try to start my ps3 i dont a picture on my tv and it seems dead because the hdd led is not blinking and i also cant turn it off by pushing the powerbutton like usual. Either i hold it down for a long time or i pull out the cable.

Can someone explane me what happened and how to fix it?

I think your PS3 is fully bricked. I have a fat 3.55 PS3 that turns on and doesn't display a picture. Was $80 on eBay xD

My old OFW does this. When you turn the console on, it shows nothing, freezes instantly, then when you try turn it off with power button you have to hold it 10-15 secs, I have this issue on my old OFW, not too sure the cause to it, possibly broken HDD or power problem, not honestly too sure though mate..

I asked a friend of me and he also said that all i did is right but i think this issue is the hard version of glod
But anyways... i sold the Motherboard today

What you did is good you can try to put your backup back and do it again!

Thats what i also tried with succes but it didnt do anything else

I think your hdd is dead
