Use Rogero 999 rsod downgrader in safe mode then install Rogero 3.55.2 then Kmeaw 3.55. After go to whatever CFW you want.

If you have Toggle QA installed you don't need to downgrade. Just stick Rebug in USB and update. If you don't have ToggleQA then downgrade using Rogero 3.55 Downgrader and install from there.

Am on rogero 3.55 and installed 4.65 rebug but i get an error upon installing

That's why you intall 3.55 Kmeaw in safe mode so it removes the 4.25 spoof on the 3.55.2 Rogero custom firmware.

It says update to a firmware greater than 9.99 in safe mode & I try to but it won't recognize KMEAW. Tried updating via storage on regular boot still the error.

Here's what I did on Habib 4.66. Installed Rogero RSOD 999 downgrader in safe mode, Installed 3.55.2 Rogero from storage media. Then did 3.55 Kmeaw in safe mode. Then went to 4.50ITA DEX.

Is ps3ita 4.50 Dex safe? And how do you spoof it to 4.70?

I suggest 4.65.1 ita that cfw is auto spoofed to 4.70
