Well, as you know, Sony released a hot fix. Depending on your firmware, there are possibilities of fixing it. If you're on CEX, you can probably use SEN enabler to spoof to 4.70. By the way, about the GTA V issue, make sure you have the latest bypass and that your region is BLES because the current bypass is for BLES only.
