Do a barrel roll!
install Rebug 4.65.2 rex the best around it on CEX BUT you can convert to DEX in the tool box and instill 4.65.2 Rebug D-rex

Can’t trickshot me!
Look up some videos on multiman, psnpatch, psninja. Learn how to navigate with the CFW ps3 before you even think about going on psn. Just look up the basics and what is happening with the CFW community as of right now.

This.
Very good advice.

Many mistakes can be made when you get your hands on cfw for the first time.
I personally spent weeks researching all I could on jb ps3's and custom firmwares before getting my hands on my ps3...

Maybe just one thing I could say is go for a CEX firmware first.
DEX can be a bit tricky to understand at first and if you mess something up you need to know what you're doing.

That being said I started off with Rebug D-Rex 4.46.1 and handled it okay, but I did have some moments of "confusion" at times hehe...
