I'm just wondering if I'm able to upgrade directly to Rebug 4.65.2 from Rebug 4.46.1 as my console keeps saying the 999 downgrader is corrupted. I've enabled toggle QA in rebug settings and changed the kernal to CEX (still not working). If you have any help or ideas of going around this, let me know.

I think you can, I upgraded my old CFW from Rebug 4.46.1 to Rebug 4.65.2 without using a 999 downgrader, it's worth a try if the downgrader isn't working.

Yes, that should work fine... The 999 Downgrader is not needed that's only if you want to go back to 3.55 Rebug or Lower.
