But every time I try to sign in to psn it shows that there is update available but when I go to check system information it shows 4.70. Please help

Install via the recovery menu for safer transfer

Then you need CCAPI 2.60 rev 3 from here You must login or register to view this content.

After that you should be ready to play online

It really depends what you want, with cobra you can have webMan by default... I always use cobra but it is a personal preference

I think you need another backup manager, if im not mistaken. Unless there is a Multiman 4.70
