I have 3 user accounts on my ps3 and accidentally delete the first (main) account and could not get any of the tools to work on any account after. so I downgraded and reinstalled rebug 4.65 again with only 2 accounts on my system, If I delete one o the 2 accounts am I going to encounter the same problem with tools not working again? should I downgrade again with only one user account?

Deleting an account doesnt affect the way homebrew apps works...maybe theres something else..You can try these fix

1-restart You ps3 on recovery mode and Choose.RESTORE FILE SYSTEM
2-If first option doesnt work,Go into recovery mode again and this time choose REBUILD DATABASE
3-if second option doesnt work.Try deleting all hombrew apps and reinstall Your cfw then after formatiYour system Do a Quick system format,then go into recobery mode and do "restore file system' then again recovery mode and rebuild database.

And it should work.

make sure you have the correct ip address for ccapi or tmapi and the correct debug settings

My issue is that when I create another user account to create a new gtav online character I always get that 800*** error code after I delete the new account (after transferring character to ps4) on my other user when trying to load games again.

yeah sorry man I should of been more specific. when I open multiman and select gta it takes me back to my xmb to select gta again then I get the error
