I have been banned since the 4.70 update (In fact it was about a week or two earlier than that) and this is the second time I've been CID banned. I found the .pkg file for PSN Patch 4.70.05 and I have installed it as it seems like a reliable file to spoof my IDPS and PSID on. I believe you have to edit the psnpatch.cfg file provided in the download but for some reason it will not spoof mine!
I have CID's ready to go, and unfortunately have banned two of them trying to sign in after supposedly spoofing my IDPS and PSID. Can someone please explain to me how I actually edit this file because I believe I have edited correctly but it still wont allow me to spoof them.

I have put the .cfg file in /dev_hdd0/game/BLJS10018/USRDIR/ and it read it but still didn't spoof it. So I tried the usb method and put the .cfg file in my usb as it apparently first reads the file from the usb. It read the file but still didnt spoof.
(I pressed Square and it didnt change the numbers, then I pressed X to change them and disable CFW and that worked, but it still didnt spoof the ISPD and PSID, that's where I lost my second CID. What a waste.)

Long story short, I need a way to unban myself, and still be able to mod my favorite game GTA V without being banned!

Note: I use CCAPI to real-time edit my CID's and PSID's, then I use psnpatch to TRY and spoof them.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance
