Downgrade your PS3 through safe mode then reinstall your CFW. If you have any other problems PM or quote me. Good Luck

Edit: May also be HDD problems, If the option above does not work. You might have to format your HDD.

System software cannot run right, please install a 4.65 or higher basically, idk if its cause the gta5 eboot im using
