What EBOOT are you trying to make DEBUG? I can make it for you.

I've downloaded an SPRX and creating an eboot for it. I have debugged it to get a .ELF then i downloaded an SPRX ELF builder and give the eboot a directory to look for the sprx file. After that i used a resigner to make it a bin file again. Although it gave me an error.
