I AM HAVING TROUBLE DOING THIS BECAUSE MY PS3 IS ALWAYS 192.168.XXX.XXX INSTEAD OF 192.168.X.XXX
FOR SOME REASON I HAVE 2 EXTRA NUMBERS SO WHEN I TRY THE DMZ STUFF IT DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO PUT THOSE MANY NUMBERS ON MY ROUTER!!

Go to your router settings in your browser and enable upnp. If its still not open enable dmz.

If your under 10mb download and 3.7 upload then you'll need to get a faster internet plan. It's based off connection speeds, also you can check which DNS settings you want to use for the fastest possible with your plan

Pretty sure it's do to within your router settings, you have to enable a few things, can't quite remember what I done though to get OPEN nat type.

I was referring to NAT open, moderate or strict not the NAT type. I once had NAT type 1 and had strict availability, have NAT type 1 now but got open availability.
