cex basically can't do shit dex takes 5 - 10 minutes depending how well you are with computers i would go on PS3ITA but if you wan't advice what cex firmware is best i would suggest Habbib or Rebug i would strongly suggest you don't go on rogero it causes problems and is a bitch to get off.
