You have to update the e3 flasher first before you start your downgrade process

Where to find it I can't tell you but I can tell you that driller2k is right. There are videos on YouTube, since you're so Anti-Googling here's a site called "Let Me Google That For You" it'll Google it for you. Don't worry.

If its a new E3 flasher you have to update it and then it will work unlimited times but you gotta do it correctly.
My E3 flasher has flashed about 10 consoles
