HEARS THE PROBLEM

When i turn my ps3 on my controller is wired up on a usb cable.. its been wired up for about a 3 months or so .. so everytime i try to unplug the usb cable from my controller it starts to blink constantly but when i plug it up it works fine .ive tried resting it but the didnt help ...

So what im saying is that i cant use my ps3 controller WIRELESS
