They are legit but you need to be on 3.55 to install them or cfw

They are most likely legit.
But they are not legit, if
- You are on a Official Firmware
- It involves only a USB stick and does not invovle a E3 flasher/downgrader.

Depends, most likely legit but you need to have the correct software update on a PS3 but if it is a bad quality video with a watermark saying you can just install it then it ain't

Exactly what iHaxel said. A lot of people post that shit on youtube saying you can do it without being on firmware 3.55, that's a load of lies. That is NOT possible.
