Cid/psid on cex I used ccapi to change mine' I'm sure there's others ways

Use CCAPI 2.60.. there is a way to change CID/PSID.
Its really simple and easy ! Tustin

you can make it boot up with new cid with ccapi , make sure you get rev3 as its for 4.70cfw
